We are happy to report that BETA testing began in May 2022 with the New Patient Portal.
Our management team was pleased with the early testing results along with some new enhancement recommended by our team. The new enhancements were approved by our management team and will further streamline the new patient portal and the overall user experience. Depending on the complexity of the new recommended enhancements, additional time may be needed to test before the final release. Due to some additional enhacements and many new screen designs to enhace the user experience, the final release of the new patient portal will be pushed to the 1st QTR of 2023. Our commitment to the on-going security and stability of the ViewMyHealthRecords.com patient portal is first and foremost as we move forward with these new enhancements, testing and the up-coming release of the our new software. Our goal is to exceed our user’s expectations.
